Carrefour: takes action after the Irma hurricane.

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the hurricane Irma in the Caribbean, the Carrefour Foundation said on Tuesday that it has triggered emergency aid to help the populations affected.


In order to meet the needs expressed on site, it announced the release of a 103,000 euro payment for the transport and distribution of food and water, along with hygiene and maintenance products.

At the same time, franchised stores in Guadeloupe have decided to take action to provide assistance to the victims through a collection of products and non-perishable food items for the benefit of the Red Cross and Sauveteurs sans Frontières.
