Air Liquide: to sell Trinidad and Tobago business

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide has announced the signature of an agreement to sell its Trinidad and Tobago business to Massy Gas Products Holding ("MGPHL").


This transaction illustrates the Group's strategy of regularly reviewing its business portfolio in order to refocus on certain geographies and activities with strong development potential, it said.

Air Liquide is well positioned to strengthen its presence in Latin America and to seize emerging opportunities in the field of energy transition, which includes hydrogen and the environment.
