Air Liquide: acquisition of Tech Air finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - As detailed yesterday, Air Liquide has announced the finalisation, by its American subsidiary Airgas, of the acquisition of Tech Air, a large independent distributor of industrial gases and welding supplies in the US, which serves several geographical areas in the country.


This transaction will enable Airgas to continue to strengthen its network in the United States with a complementary presence to better serve its customers while generating significant efficiency gains, the French industrial gases group said.
