Air Liquide: BlackRock raises stake to over 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed has notified the AMF that on 20 June it raised its stake in Air Liquide to above the 5% thresholds of the group's capital and voting rights, with it now holding 5.
02% of its capital and voting rights for these clients and funds.

The crossing of this threshold results from the receipt of Air Liquide shares held as collteral.
