Business & Decision: in exclusive talks with Orange.

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced its entry into exclusive talks for the acquisition of a controlling block representing around 67% of Business & Decision's capital.


The acquisition is due to be completed in cash, based on a maximum price of 7.93 euros per share. In the event the controlling block is acquired, Orange will file a simplified tender offer on all of Business & Decision's shares that it does not already hold, at a price of 7.93 euros per share.

The offer values all of Business & Decision's capital at 62.5 million euros.
