JCDecaux: E1bn bond issue, 'triple A' MSCI rating

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has announced that it placed 1 billion euros of bonds on Monday, with maturities of 4.
5 and 8 years.

The margins were set at 235 and 275 basis points above the swap rate, for 4.5 years and 8 years respectively, which brings the coupons to 2.000% and 2.625%, respectively.

This issue was successful, oversubscribed to three times, having been placed with premium investors.

Separately, JCDecaux announced that the MSCI rating agency (Morgan Stanley Capital International) has awarded it the maximum triple A rating for the third consecutive year, thereby confirming the strengths of the group's ESR practices and its strategy of sustainable development.
