JCDecaux: completes acquisition of APN Outdoor
(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has announced the completion of the acquisition of APN Outdoor, the scheme of arrangement between APN Outdoor and its shareholders approved by the Federal Court of Australia on 18 October effective as of today.
APN Outdoor shares ceased trading on the ASX as of the close of trading on 18 October. APN Outdoor will request the end of the listing and its removal from the ASX official list as of the close of trading on 1 November. “The completion of our acquisition of APN Outdoor represents a significant milestone in our global growth strategy, making Australia our 4th largest market and entering a new attractive market such as New Zealand," said Jean-François Decaux, co-CEO of JCDecaux.
