JCDecaux: APN Outdoor shareholders approve scheme

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux announces that at the AGM of 15 October, the majority of APN Outdoor shareholders approved of the scheme of arrangement according to which JCDecaux will acquire 100% of the Capital issued by APN Outdoor.


If the Federal Court of Australia approves the scheme, APN Outdoor proposes to present the Court Order to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 18 October, the date on which the scheme will legally enter into force.

Following the scheme's entry into force, APN Outdoor's will cease to be exchanged on the ASX from the closure of 18 October. The scheme's registration date will be 25 October at 7 pm (Sydney time) and will be effective on 31 October.
