Safran: Air France orders 200 engines

(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday Air France-KLM announced that it has signed an agreement with CFM International to buy 200 LEAP 1-A engines for its future fleet of Airbus A320neo and A321neo aircraft.


CFM International is a 50/50 joint venture between GE and Safran Aircraft Engines.

Manufactured by CFM International, the LEAP-1A engine is a state-of-the-art engine that contributes to the overall performance and efficiency of the Airbus A320neo family of aircraft.
