Safran: agreement with ISP for share repurchases
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its 2.
3 billion euro share repurchase program announced two years ago, Safran announces that it has already contributed 14.5 million shares to the program at this time, i.e. a total of 14.5 million shares for a total of 1.6 billion euros.
The group has signed a share purchase agreement with an investment services provider for a new tranche, thereby undertaking to purchase a maximum of 150 million euros of shares, by 28 June 2019.
The average price per share will be determined on the basis of the arithmetic mean of volume-weighted average prices recorded over the term of the agreement, although it may not exceed the maximum of 155 euros set at the group's general shareholder meeting.
