Safran: successfully completes 700 million euro bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Safran on Monday successfully completed a bond issue with a conversion/exchange option into new and/or existing shares (OCEANE) maturing on 21 June 2023 by a private placement with institutional investors, with a nominal amount of 699 999 983.

The net proceeds of the issue will be used for the company's general needs.

The bonds will not bear interest and will be offered with an issue price of 100% of par, corresponding to a gross actuarial return rate of 0.00%.
