Peugeot Invest: takes stake in SIGNA Development

(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot Invest has announced that it has acquired a 5% stake in SIGNA Development for 75 million euros from its majority shareholder, SIGNA Holding, an Austrian company that operates in real estate and distribution.


SIGNA Development's strategy is to develop premium real estate projects in German-speaking Europe, the majority of which are found in city centres, aiming to market them and sell them to investors.

As at 31 December 2020, it had over 3 billion euros worth of property assets. Its portfolio consists of approximately 50 projects under construction with a projected completion value of over 8 billion euros.
