Covivio: lease with LVMH Italia for offices in Milan

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio and LVMH Italia announce that they have signed a 10-year lease agreement for two floors of offices with terraces in Building D of Symbiosis, the business district developed by the real estate company in the south of Milan.


From the beginning of 2022, with delivery of Building D scheduled for the end of 2021, LVMH Italia will set up its headquarters, with 170 employees working there. With this new rental signature, the building has a pre-marketing rate of 72%.

The building, which has been designed by Covivio, was chosen by the French luxury goods group for its very high level of comfort, as well as for its green aspects, which can be seen in the terraces and shared gardens on different floors, they explain.
