Covivio: sale of two office blocks in Milan

(CercleFinance.com) - Property investment company Covivio indicates that it has closed a sale to Fondo Thesaurus, managed by Kryalos SGR, of two office blocks in Milan, for a total amount of 137 million euros, above their latest estimated value.


Alexei Dal Pastro, CEO of Covivio Italy, said that this transaction forms part of the company's strategy to sell mature assets from its portfolio to reinvest profits in developing new assets.
