Boiron: Oddo BHF cuts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - While remaining "neutral" on the Boiron stock, Oddo BHF has reduced its target price from 74 euros to 63 euros, the day after the group published H1 results which were described as "fairly clear cut" by broker's analysts.


Now the question is rather to measure whether the flu season will be strong (unpredictable by its nature), and whether the departure of C. Boiron will give a specific impetus, and if, for example, the group's routes of external growth were to be more greatly exploited, the broker judges.

Oddo BHF also notes that the French Health authority is currently assessing the interest of homeopathy and is considering a cancellation of its reimbursement by health insurance (for which the results are due in February 2019), resulting in more potentially bad news for the share.
