Rallye: meets banking partners

(CercleFinance.com) - Rallye, Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris have said that they met their banking partners on Wednesday.


This meeting presented the principles of the draft safeguard plan developed with the assistance of court administrators.

The principles of the draft safeguard plan include the reimbursement of all liabilities admitted over a ten-year period.

The repayment schedule must meet a minimum of 5% of each debt covered by the plan in the third to ninth year of the plan and a maximum of 65% in the tenth year of the plan.

The project also includes maintaining the structure of collateral in place and the individual consulting of creditors.
