Rallye: opening of safeguard procedures

(CercleFinance.com) - Rallye and its subsidiaries Cobivia and HMB, as well as its parent companies Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris announce that they have obtained the opening of safeguard procedures for six months, procedures that do not concern the operating subsidiaries Casino and Go Sport.


"The companies under safeguard proceedings will, within the framework of these proceedings, ensure the integrity of the group and improve their debt profile in a stable environment," the group explained, pointing out the massive speculative attacks to which its shares have been subject.

Rallye adds that information will be regularly communicated to the market about developments in the procedure, and that the listing of all securities issued by the companies concerned will resume when the market opens on 24 May.
