TF1: H1 net income almost divided by three

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 has published H1 2020 net income group share of 38.
4 million euros, down 64.2%, with underlying operating income of 67.8 million euros, down 58.4%, with the health crisis slicing an estimated 100 million euros off this result.

The media group's H1 revenues contracted by 22.9% to 883.5 million euros, with Q2 badly hit due to massive cancellations or postponements in advertising campaigns.

Given the major impact of the Covid-19 crisis and uncertainties regarding how the situation will develop, TF1 has definitively cancelled the payment of a dividend for 2019, and is not providing any outlook for 2021.
