TF1: to bid for rest of Aufeminin's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1, which on 27 April finalised the acquisition of 78.
4% of Aufeminin's capital from the German group Axel Springer, will, as planned, launch a takeover bid on the remaining capital at 39.47 euros per share.

The television group then intends to delist the share.

This offer will cover just over two million of Aufeminin's shares.
According to an indicative schedule, the offer will open on 14 June and will last until 5 July. The result is set to be announced on 10 July.
