TF1: in talks with Axel Springer about aufeminin SA

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday morning TF1 announced that it has entered into exclusive talks with Axel Springer with a view to acquiring the 78.
43% stake it holds in aufeminin SA, a company that is listed in compartment B of Euronext Paris.

TF1 said that, depending on their outcome, the continued discussions will lead to a detailed and communication in due course.

The conclusion of an acquisition agreement would, in accordance with legislation, be subject to examination by competent authorities and consultation of representative bodies of aufeminin SA and TF1 SA's staff.
