Ubisoft: all resolutions approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Ubisoft has announced that its AGM, which was held on 2 July, with a quorum of 75.
8%, adopted all resolutions on the agenda, including the appointment of John Parkes as director representing employee shareholders.

Shareholders also voted on resolutions authorising the Board to grant options for subscription and/or purchase of shares for employees, leveraging its policy for the recruitment and retention of group teams.
