Derichebourg: Oddo raises price target

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF confirms its 'outperform' rating on Derichebourg.
This share comes in their high conviction midcap selection with a target price upped from 12.5 to 13 euros in the wake of profits reviewed upwards to 8% for 2021 EBITDA.

The analyst says that following excellent half-yearly results and taking into account a bullish environment, the group should be able to duplicate its half-yearly results. It therefore raises its ROC to 13% for the year underway.

It also adds that the valuation remains modest despite the remarkable performance on the stock markets (+78.5% since the beginning of the year) and that the integration of Ecore represents a change of dimension whilst the cycle downturn is not currently an issue.
