Derichebourg: H1 sales reach E1.38bn

7% fall in its H1 2019 sales, which reached 1.38 billion euros, against 1.46 billion euros a year ago.

The rise in Multiservices sales does not offset the fall at the Environmental services division, the group said.

Derichebourg recorded a fall in the underlying EBITDA of its environmental services business from 88.5 million euros to 83.9 million euros (-5.2%). Underlying EBITDA of its multiservices business also slipped from 14.7 million euros to 13.5 million euros (-8.3%). Group underlying EBITDA fell by 7% to 93.4 million euros.

The company reported net attributable income of 30.5 million euros over the period, compared to a profit of 37.1 million euros in the first half of the previous year.
