M6: net income up sharply at E181.8m

(CercleFinance.com) - M6 has announced FY 2018 consolidated revenues of 1,421.
4 million euros, up 7.3%.
This result was boosted by growth in advertising revenue (+12.6%), including the full-year integration of the group's Radio division.

EBITA came in at 266.1 million euros, up 12.5 million euros, representing a new all-time peak. Management said that this performance reflects the dynamic nature of the television division and the integration of the Radio division.

The group's operating margin is 18.7%, 0.8% higher than in 2017 (17.9%). Net income, group share reached 181.8 million euros, up 14.8% y-o-y.

The executive board will propose at the group's Joint General Shareholder meeting, convened for 25 April 2019, the distribution of a dividend of 1.00 euro per share.
