Teleperformance: Oddo raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo maintains its "outperform" rating on Téléperformance shares, having increased its target price for them to 443 euros (from 417 euros - current price: 376 euros, pretty flat).


The broker highlights growth momentum over H1, when organic revenue growth reached 36.8%. With the company benefiting from the deployment of Covid assistance services, restated underlying organic growth remains above 20%, analysts point out.

Profitability also improved significantly in the first half of the year, with an operating margin of 14%, compared with 12.8% a year earlier. In this context, management even targets a FY OM of over 14.5%.
