Atos: shareholders approve resolutions

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos SE shareholders met today in an ordinary general meeting held behind closed doors, due to Covid-19 related health restrictions.


Shareholders almost fully (99.99%) approved the company's medium-term orientations - and then backed the appointment of former French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe as director (99.88%).

For the second time, Atos SE provided shareholder employees its internally-developed voting application using blockchain technology.
