Atos: AGM to be held behind closed doors

(CercleFinance.com) - In the current COVID-19 pandemic, Atos has announced that its Board of Directors, which met on 22 May, decided to hold the group's Annual General Meeting on 16 June behind closed doors, i.
e. without the physical presence of shareholders.

Shareholders are therefore invited to vote by mail or to give a proxy to the Chairman of the meeting, by logging onto the secure Votaccess website until 15 June or by returning the completed and signed voting form by post until 12 June.

Shareholders may also give a proxy to a third party and will be able to send their questions ahead of the meeting by 10 June at the latest. The meeting will be webcast on the IT services group's website.
