Maurel & Prom: new chairman of board of directors.

(CercleFinance.com) - Maurel & Prom's Board of Directors meeting of 10 April 2017 took note of the resignation of Mr.

Jean-François Hénin from his position as Director and Chairman of its Board of Directors.

In the summer of 2016, Mr. Jean-François Hénin sold his stake in Maurel & Prom.

The Board has appointed Mr. Aussie B. Gautama as chairman of the Board of directors from this day.
