Sopra Steria: finalises acquisition of Sodifrance

(CercleFinance.com) - On 16 September IT consulting group Sopra Steria completed the acquisition of a controlling stake of 94.
03% of Sodifrance's share capital.

Sodifrance has therefore entered Sopra Steria's consolidation scope on 16 September 2020.

Sopra Steria will file a proposed delisting offer (offre publique de retrait) with the AMF (France's financial markets regulator) before the end of September.
