Sopra Steria: issues euro PP bond

(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria has said that it has placed a new 250 million euro PP bond issue with leading European institutional investors, a deal that it says has been very successful and which has been largely oversubscribed to.


The bonds will break down into a 130 million, seven-year strain with an annual coupon of 1.749% and another strain of 120 million euros, maturing in eight years' time with an annual coupon of 2.000%. They will be listed on Euronext Access as from 5 July.

The proceeds from this issue will be partially used to refinance the existing Euro PP issued in 2013 for a total of 180 million euros, with an annual coupon of 4.250% maturing in July 2019.
