Sopra Steria: finalises acquisition of Kentor.

(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria yesterday announced its completion of the acquisition of Kentor in Scandinavia.


Indeed, the group has now bought 100% of the capital of the Swedish company Kentor, which was previously fully held by the Norwegian group TeleComputing.

Kentor, which is headquartered in Stockholm, is reputed for its expertise in consulting, Systems Integration and application management. The company's revenues reached 34 million euros in 2016.
