Crédit Agricole: Q4 2019 underlying net income up 23.5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole has reported Q4 2019 underlying net income, group share that is up 23.
5% at 1,318 million euros, or 0.42 euro per share, with underlying EBITDA that is up 18.3% at 1,940 million euros.

Underlying revenues increased by 7.7% to 5.184 million euros, with dynamic commercial activity in all areas, particularly in the large corporate client segment (up 20.7%) in market conditions that became more favourable over the year.

With stable underlying EPS for 2019 as a whole (up 0.1%) at 1.39 euro (up 2.9% excluding FX factors on AT1 coupons in Q3), at its AGM, the banking group intends to propose a dividend that is up 1.4% at 0.70 euro.
