Crédit Agricole: CACEIS makes friendly takeover bid on KAS

(CercleFinance.com) - CACEIS Bank and KAS BANK today say that they have obtained all the necessary regulatory approvals for CACEIS' friendly takeover bid on KAS BANK.


This includes the "no-objection statements" of the European Central Bank (ECB) and the Central Bank of the Netherlands (DNB).

Both KAS BANK and CACEIS recommend that KAS BANK shareholders accept the current offer.

The offer period will end at 5:40 pm on Monday 23 September 2019, unless it is extended.
