Nexans: 325 million euro bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Nexans announced that it had placed bonds totalling 325 million euros, offering a fixed rate and maturing in five years' time (maturity on 8 August 2023), with an annual coupon of 3.
75%.

The French cablemaker said that investor demand exceeded 900 million euros, based on a final yield of 3.75%. Settlement-delivery is scheduled for 8 August and the bonds will be listed on Euronext Paris.
