Mersen: new Bpifrance representative on the Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Mersen announces the appointment of Magali Joëssel to replace Thierry Sommel and as permanent representative of Bpifrance Investissement on its Board.
This replacement will come into immediate effect.

Magali Joëssel started her career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Since September 2014, she has been managing the SPI investment fund, which invests in the creation of innovative industrial activity.

She represents Bpifrance Investissement within the Boards of Naval Energies and Yposkesi. Following her appointment, the proportion of women on Mersen's Board goes up to 50%.
