Mersen: changes chairman.

(CercleFinance.com) - Mersen has announced a change in the chairman of its board of directors after the group's annual general meeting of 18 May 2017.


Incumbent chairman, Mr. Hervé Couffin has decided not to request the renewal of his mandate at this meeting.

The AGM will be requested to provide its opinion on the appointments of new board members Messrs. Olivier Legrain and Michel Crochon, replacing Messrs. Hervé Couffin and Jean-Paul Jacamon.
