Bolloré: Automob' contract to be cancelled

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday evening Bolloré Group announced that the head of the Syndicat Mixte Autolib' Vélib' Métropole announced its intention to propose to the Union's member communities the termination of the Autolib service on 21 June.


This provides for the payment of losses incurred by the concession operator above a lump sum of 60 million euros, i.e. at the end of 2017, 150 million euros.

It also provides for the transfer of Autolib' personnel, the return of the goods of this service at their book value, the payment of compensation on ongoing contracts and the taking into account of commercial compensation towards users.
