Bénéteau: H1 earnings up 12.3%

(CercleFinance.com) - Boat maker Bénéteau has reported H1 sales of 715.
2 million euros, up 6.4% at constant exchange rates (cer) y-o-y.

Business was boosted by the Housing division (+33% at cer, to 167 million euros) while the Boat division stagnated (+0.1% at cer., to 548 million euros).

Between H1 2021 and H1 2022, EBITDA rose by 7.5% at cer. from 97.5 million euros to 116 million euros, while its underlying operating profit rose from 61.3 million euros to 80 million euros (+12.7%).

Net income, group share, came in at 53 million euros in H1, up 12.3%.
