Altran: 1.56 million shares tendered to reopened offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that on 10 February, the deadline for the filing of orders presented to the reopened takeover bid initiated by Capgemini for Altran shares, it received 1,564,379 shares on deposit at a unit price of 14.
50 euros.

In all, Capgemini holds 139,238,924 shares, which represents 54.17% of Altran's capital and at least 54.04% of its voting rights. Euronext Paris will publish the settlement-delivery schedule for the offer in due course.
