Rothschild & Co: solid annual results

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Tuesday Rothschild & Co reported 2017 net income, group share excluding extraordinary items that was up 35% at 247 million euros.

Net income, group share grew by 32% as reported, to 236 million euros.

Meanwhile, EPS came in at 3.18 euros, up 22%. Adjusted EPS reached 3.33 euros, up 25%.

Revenues, increased 12% to 1.91 billion euros. In Q4, they increased by 20% year-on-year to 571 million euros.

A dividend of 68 cents will be proposed to shareholders - identical to last year, although note that in real terms it is higher, as it covers a period of just nine months (change in the fiscal year).
