Air France-KLM: completes bond placement

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has successfully placed its last-ranking undated subordinated bonds, convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares, for a nominal amount of E305.

made a successful offering of Air France-KLM's deeply subordinated undated bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares, representing a nominal amount of 305.3 million euros

The settlement of these bonds is expected to take place on 23 November. The bonds, placed with qualified investors only, represent approximately 200 million underlying shares.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used in full to redeem the deeply subordinated notes held by the French State, issued in April 2021.

Note that Air France shares closed down over 10% yesterday.
