Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 2.6% in July

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has announced total passenger traffic that is up 2.
6% in July, based on capacity that is up 2.1%, which has resulted in a 0.4-point improvement in its load factor, to 90.7%.

More specifically, passenger traffic on its network (Air France and KLM) increased by 1.9%, with a 5.2% increase in connections with North America, while passengers on its low cost airline Transavia rose by 7.5%.

Meanwhile, the freight traffic of the Franco-Dutch airline fell by 5.8% last month, with a virtually stable capacity (+0.1%), which resulted in a 3.4-point fall in its load factor to 54.3%.
