Air France-KLM: Oddo BHF adjusts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Analyst Oddo BHF today announced that it is adjusting its target price on the Air France stock from 10.
3 euros to 10 euros, based on a normative valuation that incorporates an uncertainty discount of 10%. The broker nevertheless maintains its “buy” rating on the stock.

The broker notes that negotiations are going according to plan with trade unions, in a context marked by Q3 which will be “honorable,” benefiting from the sound resistance of pricing, (...) despite extraordinary costs.

Oddo BHF summarizes that the first weeks of Benjamin Smith in charge of the group have been positive and increase the likelihood of a best-case scenario, with significant upside potential.
