Nokia: wins cloud deal with Rakuten in Japan
(CercleFinance.com) - Finnish mobile telecom network maker Nokia announced on Wednesday that it will build a new mobile network for e-commerce group Rakuten in Japan.
The gear maker said it will provide full services to plan, manage and deploy a cloud core network technology and several software functions for the fast roll-out of services such as Voice over LTE.
