Repsol: CaixaBank set to leave group's capital
(CercleFinance.com) - The Repsol share is down 2% in Madrid today, penalised by Thursday evening's announcement by CaixaBank of its intention to start selling its 9.
36% stake in the Spanish energy group's capital. It will, on the one hand, proceed with the early settlement of existing share swaps, representing 4.61% of Repsol's share capital, and on the other hand, will sell 4.75% on the market, through sales ending at the end of the first quarter of 2019.
