Repsol: proposes to elect two new board members

(CercleFinance.com) - Repsol will propose businesswoman Maria del Carmen Ganyet i Cirera and Gamesa's ex-chairman Ignacio Martin San Vicente as new board members at a shareholders meeting next month, the Spanish energy group said in a statement on Thursday.


Repsol also said in a statement that it would seek the appointment of Jordi Gual Solé - currently the chairman of CaixaBank - by co-optation and re-election as director.

In a meeting yesterday, Repsol convened its AGM for 10 May in Madrid.
