Zalando: Morgan Stanley raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley reiterates its "overweight" recommendation on Zalando and has increased its target price for the stock of the German online distributor of footwear and clothing from 46 euros to 48 euros.


"We see evidence of Zalando's investment in its customer proposition leading to stronger engagement and better customer acquisition trends," said the broker.

Morgan Stanley adds that its Our greater confidence in Partner Program leads us to add it in our base case and raise revenue forecasts by c. 5% in outer years.
