Tui: stock down with analyst downgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - The Tui share is down around 3% on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Monday.

Oddo has downgraded its rating on the share to Reduce (against Neutral), while adjusting its target price to 3.8 euros.

The broker says that it believes that the share's recent outperformance is unjustified, while visibility remains very low.

It adds that it is unrealistic to hope that leisure demand will truly pick up in the current conditions of easing lockdowns. The group could indeed resort to a capital increase to help it finance the 2021 season, analysts add.
