Siemens Healthineers: wins bid to provide analyzers to Quest

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its quarterly report on Monday, Siemens Healthineers said that it has been selected by the US lab testing company Quest Diagnostics to be its preferred supplier for immunoassay testing.


As part of the multi-year deal, Quest will deploy up to 120 analyzers across 19 laboratories throughout the US.

The German health technology company will also provide its immunoassay analyzers to a highly automated Quest plant in New Jersey, a new flagship lab that is expected to be completed in 2021.

The deal would be the largest deployment to date for Siemens Healthineers' Atellica analyzers, which can execute up to 440 tests per hour.
