flatexDEGIRO: all resolutions approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Yesteday flatexDEGIRO's AGM approved all resolutions on the agenda by a large majority.


The AGM expressed its confidence in the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for financial year 2021 and approved the extension of the Supervisory Board to four members and the election of Ms Aygül Özkan as a new member of the Supervisory Board.

Martin Korbmacher, Chairman of flatexDEGIRO's Supervisory Board said that Aygül brings a solid understanding of technology-driven business platforms and a diverse perspective on many relevant issues.
